Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SEO Service USA website (seoserviceinusa.net) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

SEO Service USA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Services

SEO Service USA provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) — technical, on-page, local, entity, content, AEO, and GEO
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management — Google Ads, Local Services Ads
• Web design and development — custom websites, WordPress, and landing pages
• Conversion rate optimisation and lead tracking setup

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal issued to the client.

Client Obligations

By engaging SEO Service USA, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information, access credentials, and materials required for service delivery
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information within agreed timeframes
• Ensure that all content, images, and materials you supply do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Pay all invoices by the due date specified in your agreement
• Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities that could harm our ability to deliver services or damage our reputation

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each client's service agreement. General terms include:

• Monthly retainer fees are due in advance on the first of each billing period
• One-time project fees follow a schedule defined in the project proposal
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month
• SEO Service USA reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment after 30 days

Intellectual Property

Work product

Upon full payment of all fees, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for their engagement (e.g., custom website code, written content). SEO Service USA retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and templates used in delivery.

Website content

All content on seoserviceinusa.net — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to SEO Service USA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

No Guarantee of Results

We will apply professional skill, industry best practices, and documented strategy to maximise the likelihood of positive outcomes. We report performance transparently and adjust strategy based on data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Service USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, rankings, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SEO Service USA in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement (typically 30 days written notice). Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• SEO Service USA will provide reasonable transition support for active campaigns
• Access credentials will be returned or transferred per the client's request

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
